Overview
HushGlow is a beauty brand known for its skincare and glow-focused product line. The brand had strong products, but its Facebook presence did not match the quality of what it sold. HushGlow brought us in to sharpen its creative direction and grow its reach on the platform.
The Challenge
HushGlow’s Facebook posts leaned heavily on product photos with little variation. There was no clear creative style tying the page together, and posts often looked more like a catalog than a beauty brand people wanted to follow. Engagement stayed limited to a small group of repeat commenters, and new audiences rarely discovered the page at all.
Meanwhile, competing beauty brands were building pages people actually wanted to scroll through, mixing tutorials, before-and-after content, and behind-the-scenes looks that felt personal.
Our Strategy
DAM approached this in three phases, moving from creative direction to engagement to visibility.
Phase 1: Beauty-Focused Creative Development
- Built a new creative direction centered on how HushGlow’s products actually looked and worked in real use.
- Swapped static product shots for content that showed texture, application, and results.
- Set a shared visual look so every asset felt like one brand, not a mix of styles.
- Introduced tutorial and before-and-after formats to show products in action.
Phase 2: Social Engagement
- Introduced formats built for interaction, including tutorials and quick tips.
- Added questions that invited followers to share their own routines.
- Tracked which posts sparked replies, then built more content around those themes.
Phase 3: Brand Visibility
- Focused on getting HushGlow’s content in front of new audiences, not just existing followers.
- Refined post timing to match when the target audience was most active.
- Tested different content formats to see what carried furthest.
- Made sure every post gave people a real reason to stop scrolling.

Client Testimonial
“Our page used to look like a product catalog. Now it looks like a beauty brand people actually want to follow. The difference in how people talk to us in the comments says it all.”

Key Takeaway
In beauty, visuals carry the brand. For HushGlow, building a real creative identity around its products, instead of just photographing them, is what turned a quiet page into one people actively engage with and share.
