Overview
MoveWell is a wellness brand built around movement coaching, mobility programs, and everyday recovery habits. The brand had good expertise behind it, but its Facebook Page did not reflect that. MoveWell asked for help turning its page into a place people actually wanted to follow.
The Challenge
MoveWell’s Facebook content covered too many topics at once. One week focused on stretching routines, the next jumped to nutrition, then to studio updates. There was no clear thread tying it together. Because of this, followers were not sure what to expect from the page, and comments on posts stayed rare.
The visual style also changed often. Some posts used bright graphics, others used plain photos, and a few looked like they came from a different brand entirely. New visitors landing on the page had no easy way to tell what MoveWell stood for.
Our Strategy
DAM built a three-phase plan focused on direction first, then interaction, then consistency.
Phase 1: Wellness Content Strategy
- Mapped out core content pillars built around the topics MoveWell’s audience cared about most.
- Gave every post a clear purpose instead of a random topic pulled for the week.
- Reviewed past posts to see which formats held attention longest.
- Set a content calendar so topics rotated with intention, not repetition.
Phase 2: Audience Interaction
- Shifted post formats to invite responses instead of just announcements.
- Added simple questions and short polls tied to everyday wellness habits.
- Included prompts that asked followers to share their own routines.
- Made replying to comments quickly a regular habit, so conversations kept going.
Phase 3: Brand Identity Alignment
- Set one visual system for MoveWell’s Facebook presence.
- Kept fonts, colors, and photo style consistent across every post.
- Made the page easier to recognize, even for someone scrolling quickly.

Client Testimonial
“Before this, our Facebook page felt like a bulletin board. Nobody stopped to read it, let alone comment. Now people actually respond, ask questions, and tag their friends. It finally feels like our community lives there.”

Key Takeaway
A wellness brand needs more than helpful content. It needs a clear direction and a consistent identity behind that content. For MoveWell, giving every post a purpose and a recognizable look is what turned quiet followers into an active audience.
