Overview
Marlowe & Co. depends on its website to be the first impression for potential clients researching legal representation. Before this project, the site undersold the firm’s experience and gave visitors no clear way to request a consultation. Marlowe & Co. needed a rebuild that could build trust quickly and convert that trust into booked consultations.
The Challenge
A review of the site found it wasn’t reflecting the firm’s credibility or making it easy to take action.
✓ The homepage relied on generic legal stock imagery.
✓ Practice area pages offered little detail on how cases were handled.
✓ There was no clear path to request a consultation.
✓ Practice pages weren’t structured around client search questions.
✓ Overall design felt dated compared to competing firms.
Our Strategy
The plan was built on two phases: establishing credibility, then optimizing case-specific content for both visitors and search visibility.
Phase 1: Trust-Focused Redesign
✓ Rebuilt the homepage around attorney credentials and case results.
✓ Added client testimonials and outcome-focused messaging.
✓ Replaced generic stock imagery with firm-specific content.
✓ Added a clear consultation request form to every key page.
Phase 2: Case Page Optimization
✓ Rewrote each practice area page around common client questions.
✓ Structured content to address process, timelines, and expected outcomes.
✓ Improved page structure to support search visibility for practice area terms.
✓ Linked related case pages to keep visitors engaged longer.
Results
✓ Consultations increased significantly following launch.
✓ A trust-building design was delivered sitewide.
✓ Case pages were fully optimized for clarity and search visibility.
Client Testimonial
“Clients used to call us with basic questions we hadn’t answered online. Now the website does that work, and the calls we get are ready to move forward.” — Managing Partner, Marlowe & Co.
Key Takeaway
For a law firm, the website has to do the work of building trust before a client ever picks up the phone. Marlowe & Co.’s rebuild shows that pairing credibility-focused design with optimized case content turns visitors into consultations.
